World YWCA Leadership Cohort 2025

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: World YWCA Leadership Cohort 2025!

With the generous support of the YWCA World Service Council, this unique hands-on six-month paid internship (October 2025 – March 2026) is for young women from across the World YWCA movement to work closely with our team to contribute directly to our global fundraising and leadership strategies. During the internship, cohort members will learn more about resource mobilisation and gain experience and training in research by using the Feminist Consultation Methodology (FCM).

This remote internship will allow interns to work from their home countries, collaborate with colleagues in various regions, and culminate in the 2025 Leadership Cohort joining our team in person at the 70th Commission on the Status of Women (CSW70) in New York in March 2026!
