About the program
The Future Ancestors Program is a leadership program for Pacific young people based in Magan-djin (Brisbane) and surrounds to build better representation of Pacific people in high level decision making spaces.
The program is designed to empower and support young people with practical tools, networks and pathways to be decision makers and participate in high level decision making with opportunities to connect with like-minded young people, mentors and participate in cultural learning and exchange. Regardless of your level of study or area of interest, your experiences, stories and opinions are critical not only to our future, but also to our present!
When: 6th - 9th February 2025
Where: Magan-djin (Brisbane, Australia) - further details will be shared with successful applicants
Participants will be responsible for their transport costs to and from the program venue.
All travel, accommodation and meals will be covered for the duration of the program.
