What is the program?

Fellows are placed in non-profit organizations, private sector businesses, and government offices across the U.S. for an individually tailored professional development experience. Throughout the program, each Fellow develops an Action Plan for a follow-on project to be implemented upon their return home. At the conclusion of the exchange, program alumni will be eligible for seed funding to support them in completing a follow-on activity within their home communities to advance their professional goals. Alumni will have the opportunity to host an American Fellow for a reciprocal exchange.

Who is eligible?

This fellow program is for mid-level emerging leaders from the Pacific Islands and the United States.
