In Her Name scholarships Program 2026

The In Her Name Scholarship is a national program backing women from migrant and multicultural backgrounds who are building careers, businesses,

and creative futures.

In 2026, five scholars are awarded $10,000, alongside mentorship, networks, and national visibility to accelerate their growth.

Delivered by the Australian Multicultural Foundation in partnership with the Carla Zampatti Foundation, the scholarship invests in leadership across fashion, creative industries, business, and health.

It exists because talent exists everywhere — but access does not.

This is more than funding. It is recognition, investment, and long-term support. Each scholar becomes part of In Her Name, a growing network of women shaping industries, communities, and culture across Australia.

The Future Ancestors Program acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the traditional custodians of so-called Australia.

We acknowledge Turrbal and Yaggera country - places on which we gather that have always been enriched by lore, community, culture and identity.

We recognise all indigenous people, in particular those from the Pacific and the interwoven history we share with the First Nations people of Australia.
